Terms for gift voucher
Validity
Gift vouchers can be used when booking a stay at Lalandia, as well as in the restaurants and shops and for activities at Lalandia*. Gift vouchers is valid until the expiration date (3 years from the date of issue) and cannot be exchanged for cash.
* Gift vouchers cannot be used in the Service Centre at Lalandia or to pay for energy consumption in connection with stays.
If you have selected delivery by post
If you have selected delivery by post, we will send gift vouchers from Lalandia once we have received your order and payment. It takes one working day for us to process your order, once we have received payment. We send gift vouchers by PostNord as ordinary mail.
How to use the gift voucher
Enter your gift voucher number when you book at lalandia.dk. If you do not spend the whole sum on the gift voucher, you can bring your gift voucher to the Service Centre at Lalandia and have the remaining sum transferred to an electronic card, which you can use to make payment in the Aquadome, restaurants, shops and for activities at Lalandia. This is also possible if you only want to use the gift voucher for the Aquadome, restaurants, shops and activities.
Please note that gift vouchers cannot be used in the Service Centre or to pay for energy consumption in connection with stays.
Gift voucher for restaurants and shops
If you would like to use your gift voucher to pay in the restaurants and shops, or for activities at Lalandia, bring your gift voucher to the Service Centre at Lalandia and have the sum transferred to an electronic card. Please note that gift vouchers cannot be used in the Service Centre or to pay for energy consumption in connection with stays.
Cancellation
Gift vouchers purchased from Lalandia can be returned for a fee of DKK 50.
We need the following information to make a refund so we can identify you: the purchaser’s name, e-mail address and gift voucher number.
Gift vouchers received by post and plastic gift vouchers with a magnetic strip must be returned before we can refund you.
Gift vouchers are to be returned to: Lalandia A/S, Lalandia Centret 1, DK-4970 Rødby, Denmark. Please enclose information about the name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. You are responsible for the postage costs when returning a gift voucher.
We normally refund the payment to the same payment card as was used for the original transaction.
When the refund is made during the first year after the gift voucher expires, the DKK 50 will not be charged. The right to a refund lapses four years after the gift voucher’s issue date.
Please note that there may be restrictions on refunds for gift vouchers that were sponsored or given as a corporate gift. If the gift voucher was bought from a company other than Lalandia, you must contact the company concerned.
